Consigment delivery
Goods supplied in Europe will be sent to one address only and will normally be delivered within 20 days from the artwork approval. Delivery times are not contractual, but only an estimation, PromoFolder Club will inform costumer about the foreseeable consignment delay.
Goods property and risks will be transferred to the customer from the moment the order is sent.
Please remember that transport agencies are only obliged to deliver the Goods to places fullfilling the suitable conditions and with a working service lift that will accommodate the goods for delivery to the floor that your flat or apartment is located on.
You will be asked to sign a receipt for the Goods when they are delivered to you. By signing the receipt you are confirming that you have inspected the Goods and that the Goods are correct and there are no obvious faults, defects or damages in the Goods at the time of delivery. We shall have no liability to you unless you notify us on the transport receipt of any defect or damage, once the Goods have left our premises.
Refunds and replacements

We will accept any complaint in case of defects in raw material, manufacturing or imprinting within 15 days from the order reception. These kind of complaints will receive a preferential treatment on the basis of our Guarantee Engagement, and will be replaced as quickly as possible.The full order price will be refunded if the replacement is not possible.
Replaced good will not be sent until the acceptance has been notified. The customer will be responsible for the goods consignment.
Can you return goods, not because they are defective, but because it is not what you expect?
No, you can not. PromoFolder Club customizes its products to make them exclusive. Once made and/or printed it has become unique and can not be returned. Please ask for a sample to make sure the product satisfies you.
Orders
The simple fact of ordering on our web site does not mean that the purchase is confirmed. Once you confirm your cart, Customer Service will send you by e-mail an Order Confirmation within 48 working hours, asking for your acceptance, only then the order is once and for all confirmed. The order acceptance involves the acceptance or our Sales Conditions.
Our prices will be charged with current taxes, and will be valid apart from orthographic mistakes.
The 7 working days manufacturing delay (departure from our premises) starts once the order is confirmed, talking about imprinted products, no more than 500 pieces. Regarding the orders of customized products, and for more than 500 pieces, this delay changes to 15 working days, starting from your artwork approval.
For orders above 500 pieces, our Customer Service will inform you about our best production and transport delay.
Imprinting
Promofolder Club will be sent customer´s artwork under the formats requested in its web site, and fonts must be converted to curves. The customer will be informed of any price increase due to any necessary retouching or edition of the hole artwork caused by the bad quality of the file sent by the costumer, whose approval will be required.
Imprintings covering more than 20% of the imprinting area will increase standard imprinting prices.
The artwork approval will be notified by writing, as exposed in “My Cart”. Once the artwork accepted, PromoFolder Club will not be responsible of customer´s overlooked mistakes, and the artwork accepted by customer will be imprinted.
PromoFolder Club assumes that the customer is the owner of the sent artwork and the necessary licenses, permits and royalties to reproduce it, and he is responsible of it.
The customer accepts the following statements:
- The customer is allowed to market the artwork.
- Any claim from the owner addressed to PromoFolder Club regarding an illicit use of the design will be transferred to the customer.
- The customer acknowledges that the illicit use of a registered property may be penalized with sanctions and fines.
- The customer agrees copyrights indications.
PromoFolder Club always tries to maintain the necessary raw material stock to manufacture the products shown in the web site. The customer will be informed of any occasional stockout within 7 days by an e-mail informing of the raw material new disposal delay, or suggesting a different material with similar price and quality. The customer can reject this proposal, PromoFolder Club would therefore refund any payment until this moment regarding this particular purchase.
Privacity and Security

Personal details and information supplied by e-mail, by phone or using our web site will be stored on PromoFolder Club´s database and will be used for the provision of products and services to customers, or to send you information about similar products. This information will not be disclosed to a third party. The customer has the right at any time to stop us from contacting him for marketing purposes, and review, change, or remove personal information held about the customer by e-mail to PromoFolder Club.
